If you are Underprivileged -- Claim to be regarded as Forwards

I have a country where people are demonstrating to be "Scheduled" or "Counted" in "Backward"... I dont know how can any one claim to be "Super Power" with this "Being Backward" mentality. I never heard that a underprivileged raised a voice or claimed to be uplifted and being considered as "forward". I am waiting for the day, I believe, This will be the day when our Nation will shine.
